Gother teams up with HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) to introduce HTS’ Disruption Assistance for Any Reason to its travel platform
HTS’ disruption solution will be integrated into Gother’s Online Travel Agent and partner bank portals, including K PLUS, Krungthai NEXT, and Paotang – fueling HTS’ expansion in APAC.

Gother, the Thailand-based travel and lifestyle service platform, announced its partnership with HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions), a leading global travel technology platform, to launch HTS' popular Disruption Assistance For Any Reason product, which on Gother will be available as Flight Disruption Care. The rebooking tool is now available on the Gother mobile app and website. The product is also available across Gother’s partner channels, including the mobile banking app K PLUS, Krungthai Next, and Paotang – bringing premium disruption assistance to millions of Thai travelers. This integration marks HTS’ first launch in Thailand and a significant milestone in its continued expansion across the APAC region.
Flight Disruption Care on Gother is an optional ancillary add-on that helps customers navigate day-of travel disruptions. Designed to delight customers and complement airline operations, Flight Disruption Care on Gother offers an automated rebooking tool and real-time solutions for travelers. The product has a clear product market-fit, achieving consistent high single-digit attach rates and strong customer satisfaction scores.
If a customer experiences an eligible disruption, they are immediately notified and provided with rebooking options for a new flight to their destination on any airline – up to a cap. If they're not satisfied with their options, they can receive a 100% refund of their original ticket value and still take their disrupted flight.
