The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 41 nations and territories, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees. 

HTS Assist was recognized for its innovation and the strong results delivered across HTS’ partner channels to date. Judges described Assist as a “groundbreaking” AI solution and highlighted “its impressive cost savings and revenue upside.”

The panel of judges also noted that Assist “effectively moves the goalposts for AI in travel by creating an agent that doesn't just talk, but actually fixes complex problems like cancellations autonomously.” Furthermore, they highlighted, “HTS has successfully turned a traditional cost center into a genuine value driver for its partners.

Another judge highlighted, “HTS Assist stands out because it does more than answer questions - it takes real actions for customers. The solution is already used globally and supports many languages, showing it is ready for large-scale use. The results are easy to understand and impressive, including lower service costs, faster response times, better customer satisfaction, and added sales.”
