Frontier Airlines Introduces Cancel for Any Reason Product Powered by HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions)

HTS’ Cancel for Any Reason product lets consumers book with confidence knowing they can cancel up to 24 hours prior to departure and receive a refund.

Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: ULCC) today announced the launch of Cancel for Any Reason, powered by HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions), giving customers even greater flexibility when making travel plans. Available when booking at FlyFrontier.com or through the Frontier mobile app, the new option allows customers to cancel up to 24 hours before departure and receive up to a full refund, depending on the refund option selected.

HTS’ AI-powered Cancel for Any Reason product gives travelers the option to choose their preferred level of refundability. It is the latest addition to Frontier’s suite of flexibility features offered through its expanding partnership with HTS, which also includes HTS’ Disruption Assistance for Any Reason.

The service will be available on both FlyFrontier.com and Frontier’s mobile app. Customers are presented with the option to purchase during the booking process. The offering also includes easy cancellation and a quick refund turnaround to the original form of payment.

Cancel for Any Reason is the latest addition to Frontier’s growing suite of flexibility options powered by HTS. Customers can select the level of refundability that best fits their needs during booking. The launch builds on Frontier’s Disruption Assistance for Any Reason product, which provides travelers with real-time options when unexpected disruptions occur and has achieved a 9/10 customer satisfaction rating.
