Volaris Launches Disruption Assistance: A New Way to Support Your Trip with More Flexibility and Control
The new product proactively notifies Customers of a disruption (a delay of more than two hours or a same-day cancellation) and lets them rebook on Volaris or another airline for free, or if not satisfied with their rebooking options receive a 100% refund of their trip cost, while keeping the disrupted flight.
